PSH-3D-Series
The premium 3-axis scan heads of the PSH-3D-Series are available for working field sizes from 150 x 150 to 600 x 600 mm and laser powers up to 3000 Watt (CW, 1064 nm).
All models stand out for their high dynamics and excellent precision.
With deflection coatings for 1064 nm or 10600 nm.
They enable ultra-precise deflection and three-dimensional positioning of the laser focus in the working area. The focusing of the laser beam is performed by the integrated third axis of the laser deflection unit, therefore eliminating the need for an additional F-theta lens.
The PSH-3D series achieves its outstanding precision and long-term stability with exceptionally low drift by using galvanometer motors, which were originally developed for laser communication in the aerospace industry and thus also meet the highest industrial requirements.
The models of the PSH-Series are versatile and have been specially designed for laser applications with very high requirements regarding accuracy and long-term stability.
