266 nm | Fused Silica | Telecentric
Our telecentric
F-Theta lenses for 266 nm have been specifically designed for laser
applications in the deep UV range. They enable ultra-fine processing of
transparent, ceramic, polymer materials, and thin layers. This is particularly
important where minimal thermal influences and maximum precision are required.
Due to the
laser beam’s nearly 90° angle of incidence across the entire working field,
they provide outstanding spot symmetry. This is crucial for microstructuring,
sensitive substrates, and precise marking.
The lenses
are available in various designs with input apertures from 10 to 14 mm
and for working areas up to 175 × 175 mm.
Special Features:
Telecentric Fused Silica Lens
Working areas up to 175 x 175 mm
Highest precision and focus quality
Focal lengths from f-100 to f-300
Typical Laser Applications:
Marking
Engraving
Structuring
Drilling
Typical Materials:
glass / crystal

ceramics

plastics

and more
