The telecentric fused silica F-Theta lenses for the wavelength range from 1030 to 1080 nm were developed for particularly challenging laser applications. They are characterised by high laser power compatibility and a very low telecentricity error.
The angle of impact of the laser beam is close to 90° in the entire working area.
They enable high precision focusing of laser beams in the working area, with minimal telecentricity error, making them suitable for even the most challenging applications especially when the variation of spot symmetry and angle of incidence, would be an issue for precise processing of the material.
